At Elvara Beauty, we accept return or exchange requests within 3 days from the date your order is marked as delivered.

Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In the original packaging
- With all original tags attached
Opened products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return or exchange shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 days.
Please note:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable
- Processing may take an additional 3–5 business days depending on your payment provider
Exchanges
Each item can only be exchanged once.
Customers are responsible for the exchange shipping fee.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Opened items
- Final sale items
- Pre-sale items
